The EDC will be running its 2nd Annual Spirit of Winchester Photo Contest (Contest) June 2-October 25, 2012. Each Friday, the EDC will post on facebook a Photo of the Week winner, to be selected from entries uploaded the prior Saturday-Thursday. The Photo of the week winner will receive a $25 VISA gift card. On the last Friday of each month, a Photo of the Month will be selected by Facebook Fans from the weekly winners for that calendar month. Photo of the Month winners will receive a $50 VISA gift card. At the end of the Contest, an independent judging panel will select a Grand Prize Winner ($500 VISA gift card) and 1st Runner Up ($300 VISA gift card) from all submitted entries over the course of the contest. In addition, a Most Spirited ($100 VISA gift card) award will be presented. Prizes for the contest total $1,650.
